About the Woodstock Truck Show

The Woodstock Truck Show is a volunteer-driven community event that celebrates the trucking industry while raising funds for two very important charitable partners: Special Olympics Ontario and Woodstock and District Developmental Services (WDDS).
Over the past 12 years, the Woodstock Truck Show has proudly raised more than $350,000 for charity, with a record-breaking $100,000 raised in 2025 alone.

Read More About Our Story

Our mission is simple — to bring the trucking community together to create an incredible event that directly supports individuals in our community. Every truck entered, ticket sold, sponsorship secured, and activity at the event helps generate funding that supports athletes and individuals with developmental disabilities through these organizations.

At the heart of the event are the trucks themselves. Each year, drivers and owners from across Canada and the United States bring their trucks to showcase their equipment, connect with fellow drivers, and celebrate the pride and craftsmanship of the trucking industry.
Beyond the show trucks, the Woodstock Truck Show is a full weekend experience for the community. The event features truck and tractor pulls, live concerts, vendors, industry displays, and family-friendly entertainment, creating an exciting atmosphere that attracts thousands of attendees every year.

The event is organized by a board of 10 dedicated volunteers who work year-round to plan and operate the show. Our board members come from both the trucking industry and the local community, united by a shared goal of creating a professional, exciting event that raises as much money as possible for Special Olympics Ontario and Woodstock & District Developmental Services.

None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our drivers, sponsors, volunteers, and community members who come together each year to make the Woodstock Truck Show a success. At its core, the Woodstock Truck Show is about more than trucks — it's about community, generosity, and using the strength of the trucking industry to make a real impact.
